I been having weird dreams lately, heck probably cause i sleep around 4am in the morning or worst at 5am!
can't really recall much details in my dreams, you know dreams right? you can never really remember them.. yea same problem here then... but i will try my best to explain my recent weird dreams anyways..
ok the first dream as much as i can recall it involves having ghost in it...yea... just when i told someone i haven't have a single nightmare in like what 14yrs and somehow that triggers me to get a nightmare with ghost in it...........ok maybe it's not much of a nightmare.... the dream started....i dunno how it even started by i remember being in my sister's room and well all her furniture in the room has been re arrange in an odd manner only the beds remain where they were. than out of nowhere my cousin, Nick is having a slumber party at my sister room with his friends......ok that is just weird but hey that's dreams for you they never make much sense... so yea Nick than pointed to the wall where there was a cute collage art hung on the wall...thing is my sis room never have such picture hung on the wall, Nick proceeds to tell me not to lift up the pic for some odd reasons, curious i just had to do it and by lifting the pic it reveals a small hole that you can look through, and yes stupidly i decided to look through it and on the other side another eye was staring back at me....the kind of blood shot dead glassy eyes staring back at you definately will send shiver down your spine, immediately i tore myself away from the tiny hole and stared back at Nick, then he said something you will die now that you have seen the ghost and thn i hear something bouncing at the back of me and it was making these knocking noise that you normally hear someone knocking the door fortunately that knock was from my neighbour building and it woke me up.
the next night wasn't really that scary instead, i dreamt about the whole M1 class watching a movie that seem like someone put a donkey in The Time Traveller's Wife movie....why is there a donkey i dunno... probably cause i realise every dream i have doesn't have animals in it so my brain decides to throw in a random animal into this dream in which case it is a donkey..... right next would be a donkey with Eddie Murphy's voice than i would i'm in a Shrek movie =D
the last dream which was this morning's dream was even weirder... seems like someone just mesh together the native american living on a island that never existed.. and the best part is they have a yacht and a huge mansion on this island.....great should i also note that this mansion has toilet bowl placed everywhere... thank god no one decided to go to the loo they wouldn't even need to ask just do their business anywhere.... another interesting thing i noted is that mayb all these toilet bowl are in the dream is cause me the dreamer really had to use the toilet...if that is true than toilet bowl appearing in your dreams means it a sign for you to go to the loo people =P

Fine wine and Five rings
First of all i want to say red wine and 3 hours of sleep and a psychology test on the very next day doesn't mix well together.... and just so you know i was a bit hung over while doing today's psychology paper 3....
But down side aside, it was a great evening on Thursday 22nd Oct 09. A very warm and heart filled congratulation to Guat Vee and Cher Lynn who have tied the knot, i hope the two of you will have your happy story to tell from here on.
The dinner was held at the Ballroom of the Grand Dorset Hotel, which was formerly known as Sheralton hotel. Honestly, someone ought to tell the management of that hotel to make the *formerly Sheralton Hotel* sign to be bigger cause it was so small we missed it and overshoot the hotel and had to make a U -turn.
But of course with free flow of red wine and fine cuisine coming in, i have no other complaint of the night except the the "formerly Sheralton Hotel" sign.
So yes, i kinda lazy to type so i will let the pictures taken by Susan to do the talking for me =P

Experiment 101
My group started our psychology (psycho) experiment yesterday, and boy was it tiring plus i'm the designated driver for the whole experiment T^T
ok our experiment actually is quite simple... yea it may sound simple but it isn't. basically going around asking people for directions may sound simple right? yea when your only doing it once and in a place where you are completely new. In my group's case we have to ask about 100 people for directions.. what so hard bout that you asked? well think of it this way we have to asked for directions using different attitudes and in different situations so yea we have to be polite, rude, shy, flirty etc and in many random situations like asking for directions in a shopping mall or on the road etc.
so yes.. we started our experiment at pyramid asking around for directions. but before we start the experiment... we had sushi for breakfast! i mean brunch ^^; yea had sushi and it cost up rm98 and Afiqah paid for us XD thanks Afiqah! (have to pay her back on monday)
ok so on to the experiment we use the polite attitude and asked around and we usually get people to give us the directions. While some were clueless of where we want to go. But the downside of doing this in such a small mall (yes, pyramid isn't big of a mall after it becomes your second home) is that we may bump into the same people we were asking directions from. so we only manage to get 10 people to go with our experiment... (note we have to do 60 - 100 people, and in our case we are doing 100 people)
after that polite experiment in the mall, we tried using being foreigners to ask for directions. In this case Su Wern's a pro XD. she literally walked up to a cashier and spoke in japanese to her and using the very japanese english on the cashier to get her to help give her directions. Alright the next part of our experiment is asking for directions on the road. well i wanted for us to do this on foot but everyone didn't want to cause of the hot wheather so end i have to drive around the residential area of subang and we go asking around for directions. (5 people in a car, people won't suspect anything right?) XP
surprisingly, there was not a lot of people walking around the residential area which makes it harder to the experiment on the road. plus rounding around the housing area so many times people might be wary of us >.<
so after a long of rounding around the housing areas of subang and attempted to drive up to PJ (changed of plan due to super long jam). we retired to Afiqah's house to rest. (pity the driver people, i have a splitting headache for driving around under the bloody hot sun T^T). Well, we were s'pose to go Afiqah's house for open house this friday but since we are there already we were treated to some cookies!! XD and Kok Han can't control himself and finished two jar of chocolate cookies! haha.. Control yourself Kok Han haha.. (i finished a jar of honey cookies instead).
After all that, went over to my grandmum place to celebrate Mooncake festival. Honestly, i think the meaning of mooncake festival is losing it's touch already. I mean when me and my cousins were kids we would literally decorate the fence of my grandmum house with colourful lanterns. But now, our nephews are pretty much interested in burning the lanterns intead (-_-). (should i note on purpose some more?) Well i was obviously have no interest of sticking around with those little monsters, so me and my cousins went to watch a movie instead. we watch the singapore movie Where Got Ghost? a silly fun movie but does gives you the bumps in certain scenes. the whole movie is splited into 3 different stories: ghost on the road, ghost in the forest and ghost in the house. basically ghost in the house is like a mini alternate ending to the Money Not Enough 2 movie =P
well that's all for now, i basically am just updating my blog cause i was getting complaints that i haven't been updating my blog ^^;
of to do my individual assignments now!

A time of mourning
ok haven't been updating my blog for a while sorry for that
yea yea i know is a weird way to start blogging with something that starts with "A time of mourning". No, no one in my family pass away nor any relative or friends that i know of. But i do mourn for the lost of Yoshito Usui.
For those of you who don't know who is Yoshito Usui (including me) he was the creator of Crayon Shin Chan. The naughty perverted 5 yr old kid as everybody knows him best that way.

On September 12, 2009, Usui's family reported him missing from his hometown of Kasukabe when Usui did not return from hiking in nearby Gunma Prefecture . On September 19, 2009, a body with clothes matching those described in the report filed by Usui's family was found at the bottom of a cliff at Mount Arafune in Gunma. The body was identified by dental records and family members the next day as being that of Usui. His camera was recovered and the final shot was taken from the cliff.
although i'm not a fan of the anime or manga. But i still do watch and read it for the fun of it. Sure the art style may not be the best. I always criticize it for being too "scribbly" and the character head are out of poportion but that again, the story still provide humour from the eyes of a five year boy.

One after another
bah! this is probably the most down week i ever had this year! anyway i will start from last friday event.
4th Sept 09
Fri
After class went to pyramid to watch Final Destination with Chelle Chelle, Afiqah, Christy and Yika. I pleaded for them to change to some other movie but too bad Orphan wasn't out in pyramid yet. So, here comes the gore! (>.<)
FYI, i have a fear for blood that is show on screen (TV, cinema, pc etc) cause i find that the blood on screen are a lot more er.... bloody compared to real blood in reality. I dunno i just feel that way.
So yes, 90 mins of blood and gore. I felt the whole movie was too predictable and killing off so many characters is like "death porn". Yes, i use the term death porn i cause they kill off the characters just for the sake of killing them. Probably is also cause it's the last final destination movie. But the ending is seriously stupid! is like they are rushing to finish filming the movie and just coming up with a stupid ending.
After the movie, i was pretty much souless. Why? cause i pretty much watch all the death scenes! except the elevator scene that one was WAY TOO GORY for me to stomach. lucky for Chelle Chelle, Afiqah and Christy they can cuddle with each other and hide from the scenes, Yika was enjoying every death scenes and all i have is my miserable popcorn. And i think i said I love you popcorn out loud in one of the death scene can't remember which.
Anyway, we open fast at Nandos and the girls decided to celebrate my birthday on that day itself since they cannot make it on saturday. Although, i had to go endure the final destination, but the dinner at Nandos made me feel alot better XD.

With all the last minute planing and all, i was about to go haywire early in the morning (>.<)
Earlier Nick and I agreed to celebrate my birthday at Redbox in pyramid but since the 4 girls already celebrated my birthday yesterday i don't really see the reason for 7 people to go Redbox. So i call up my buddy Ham and we discuss for a suitable restaurant and agreed on Shogun at first. But after a while i decided to change the venue again and have it at T.G.I.F cause is alot more cheaper than Shogun.
Had a lot fun laughing with my old seconadary school days friends (Ham, Winston and Melanie) along with my cousins and Kok Han (the only DMC person to show up ^^;).

My real birthday, early in the morning get screaming from my mum cause she needs someone to help her prepare for the party at night. (-_-)
It was more of a steamboat party with my relatives actually. Nick my cousin than said "wow Ivan are you royalty of something? You celebrate your birthday 3 days in a row even the sultan don't do that." Well what can i say i am a King afterall XP
well that's all for now. Gotta go study, i never felt so brainless in Comm Law and Ethics before (>.<)

Dawn of a new semester
ok sorry i know my second semester started 3 days ago... but i have my reasons for the slow update XP
first day of second semester i'm already doing so much running up and down to get my enrollment thing right... yea INTI always leave the important part out and you have to find it out yourself (-_-)
and on the first day itself we have 3 classes first class was Media Issues class thought by Ms Elli our human comm lec from last sem. Basically in media issues class we just talk about issues about media and lots of debating.
Then next was Communication Law and Ethnics class. Honestly i was expecting a strict lec for this class (i thought Ms Nalena was teaching us) but turns out we got a really nice and funny lec Ms Cheryl XD. Fun to bombard her but she will bombard you better twice (^^;). Basically in this class we will be learning alot bout law in the media and lots of politic stuff (the topic i hate most!).
The last class was Intro to socio psychology, was expecting a nice lec but got the opposite of law and ethnic class lec (>.<). Yes, this lec is strict! Ms Mathuri is even stricter than Ms Nalena! In a way the class will be quiet cause since we are sharing class with M2 (originally our class, now M1 is us and M2 is last sem M1). So what we do in socio psychology? The name itself is a dead giveaway you should what we are learning XP
that's all the introduction for our classes and lecs, and as expected assignments started coming in for law class already aiks...
it is also a bit worrying that my brain can't seem to absorb anything at all for the first few classes.. if this was long sem i can fix the problem but now it is short sem i have to fix the problem ASAP!! I don't want to be blank headed of any subject for the whole sem T^T

Moment of truth

in the wee hours in the morning i was still online and chatting when suddenly Chea told me our results are out on E campus. I dunno why or who would upload the bloody result this late or early but i have been checking that darn site the whole day but they only decided to upload the results at 3am in the freggin MORNING!! -_-lll
so yes, i quickly loggin to e campus and all and after seeing the result i had the same particular facial expression as the potrait "The Scream"
ok ok your probably assuming i done badly fyi.. i'm no longer in TOA i don't get crappy results anymore... or for the time being...

so yes, 11am went to college to do the enrolment thingy to get my class. Apparently we can't choose as early birds gets the first class. Well might be seeing some new faces from the other class i see. And will be taking 3 subject next semester although it's only 3 but we only have 7 weeks to finish up everything wow... a new challenge (^^;)
away from results now, for all you art noobies who don't know the famous painting i mention above this is it.
